The Annual Balloon Rally...
Each year, Prosser is home to the Prosser Balloon Rally. This property is directly under the hot air balloon flight path. People drive for hours to catch a peek of this amazing event, but this property hosts a prime location to enjoy your own private view each year. Balloons have been known to touch down on our side of the river, including directly on our property.

Growth Means More Jobs:
The Seattle Times reports that Prosser's population grew by 9 percent, along with steady growth throughout the area, inclucing population almost doubling in Pasco.
"Pasco's stunning growth eclipses them all. Crutchfield said it's been a challenge for the city to figure out how to serve nearly double the number of residents with more police, firefighters, streets, parks and recreation, and utilities." Read the entire article here.
